The Right Type of Service
We review the complete opening and determine whether the request involves repair, replacement or a larger glass installation.
We identify the requested work, the conditions that need to be checked and the items included in the quote.
Photos, approximate dimensions and a description of the problem help us review a request. Final measurements, site access and the surrounding construction may still need to be checked before materials are ordered.
We will identify whether the request is for windows, doors, repair, screens, shower glass or commercial glass. We will also explain when another trade, the original installer or a warranty provider should be contacted first.
We explain the proposed work, the information still required and any important exclusions.

We review the complete opening and determine whether the request involves repair, replacement or a larger glass installation.

A proposal should identify the information it relies on, what remains to be measured and which surrounding finishes or systems are outside the stated scope.

When warranty coverage, proprietary components or unfinished construction affect the work, we will explain which records, provider or trade should be consulted.
Keep the accepted scope, approved dimensions, product or glass specification, access arrangements and stated exclusions together. If site conditions or requested work change, record the change before fabrication or installation proceeds.
Product availability, scheduling and final recommendations must be confirmed for the actual project. Manufacturer information and warranties belong to their issuers; Windows Hamilton does not replace or extend another company’s obligations.
Send photographs, the property location and a description of the repair, replacement or installation you need.
